Do you provide tracking information?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Build quality is good, no rough corners where they can be avoided. Good lock design that can stop at any 1/2 turn of the screw. The one issue is that there are no female threads, just a pin that rides the male threads. It's reliable but hard to expand.

It was slightly bigger than expected, so I had to put in a little more effort to get it in. Once in it fits surprisingly well and comfortable! When the butt plug is extended it is a bit tighter than a usual butt plug, and the 2 round corners are slightly bent inwards, so when the plug is extended (and so it sits tighter) they slightly pinch to your skin.
Most discreet and comfortable design yet! 'No safe way' out without keys! The key: must be patient with this design!!
Nice idea for a plug. Opening and closing is hard when alone. Also can pinch the inside of the anus. I found silicone basis lube helps to get it open/closed when inserted stays slippery better then waterbase lube. The lock included was not really good to use but I didn't need it yet anyways.

quality unit, fits tight without falling out when still closed egg shape, but is difficult to open when inserted and pressure applied to the three leaf sections. Not a one person job, with lube on the moving parts and a grip on the handle, the mechanism will open with extra force. There is a point where the device "sticks" and does not want to slide open fully, but will open with a helper. Key system and lock flawless, perfect for keeping your partner thinking of you until you release them.
